Types of Loans & Products
Before diving deeper into the types of loans and products that AmeriSave offers, it’s worth noting that it does not offer construction loans or manufactured home loans. However, its main offer includes FHA, VA, and USDA loans along with conventional, jumbo, refinance, and fixed-rate and adjustable-rate loans.
Now, the minimum required credit score for a conventional loan is around 620. As for jumbo loans, those are aimed at people who need more money and therefore the maximum borrowing amount is $2,000,000. FHA loans allow credit scores as low as 580 and a down payment of at least 3.5%. For VA loans you will need a credit score that’s between 580 and 640 and for USDA loans a minimum credit score of 640 is preferred. For fixed-rate mortgages, the terms vary from ten to thirty years while for adjustable-term ones they are 5/1, 7/1, or 10/1.
AmeriSave offers the fixed-rate mortgage loan for thirty years, which has the lowest payment of them all. Refinancing is also possible with this company. AmeriSave also offers a fast prequalification option in order to make it easier for clients to see what type of mortgage they will be accepted for.
AmeriSave also has overall positive online reviews and appears to be a trustworthy company. Its TrustPilot score is excellent with 4.3 stars out of 10,244 reviews.

Repayment Terms & Fees
If we are to talk about the AmeriSave fees, it’s worth knowing that there are NO APPLICATION FEES WHATSOEVER, but keep in mind that there might be some other fees that you will have to pay, depending on your particular situation.
As for repayment terms, as we have already mentioned, there are the fixed-rate mortgage loans of 30-year, 20 year, 15 year and 10 year. Most other mortgages have 10, 20, and 25-year terms too. You can consider these repayment terms as being quite flexible; it simply depends on what exactly you need in terms of mortgages.
